HEWLETT PACKARD WANTED Skills Required : o   Good understanding of OM technology o   Configurations of nodes in DMZ o   Template/Policy development/Integration of OM with other BTO tools o   Troubleshooting agent and OM communications o   Good Understanding and experience in smart plug-ins of OM o   Working knowledge of SPIs of Oracle, SQL, J2EE, Exchange and Active Directory domains o   Strong communication with customers o   Working knowledge of OM in clusters and MOM o   OM - Install, upgrade, agent installation, upgrade, HTTPS/certificates, OVO database install/configure, Manager of managers configuration, policy/template creation, trouble-shooting, integrations to NNM and Service Manager, OS SPI,DB SPI, and any other SPIs (Oracle/VMware/SQL etc.) o   Service Health Reporter Administration o   Business Object Query o   Model Creation o   SHR Content Packs Reports o   Troubleshooting knowledge on SHR o   PI - Architecture, install, report packs install and configure, data gathering customizations, custom report creation, o   trouble-shooting, upgrade o   Customization Reports Roles and Responsibilities : ·         Proven ability to work with Carriers troubleshooting WAN issues ·          Knowledge of HP Network Management tools including NNMI, NNMI ISPI, HPNA ·          Ability to troubleshoot BGP, OSPF and other protocol ·          Proven desire to learn new products and ITIL knowledge ·          Knowledge of Alarms and Triage actions associated with them ·          Advanced documentation skills Qualifications   BE/MCA   Job  - Services Primary Location  - India-Karnataka-Bengaluru Other Locations  - India-Tamil Nadu-Chennai Schedule  - Full-time Shift  - Rotating Travel  - No Job Posting  - Aug 25, 2015  EEO Tagline Hewlett Packard is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities
