Approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed for change of nomenclature of the posts of Assistant of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) and Upper. Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk of Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS). as under

2.The change in nomenclature comes into force with immediate effect.
3.The necessary amendments to Central Secretariat Service Rules, 2009 and Central Secretariat Clerical Service Rules, 1962 will follow.

THE GRADE PAY OF UDC STARTING SHOULD BE 4200 SO FOR IT IS NOT IMPLEMENTED IN ALL THE MINISTRIES, STILL THIS ANOMALEE IS GOING ON IN MANY PLACES. JUST UPGRADING THE NAME WHAT WILL BE THE USE. LET IT COME IN MONETARY BENEFIT. 7TH PAY COMMISSION SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM WHICH WE HAVE GIVEN IN THE BEGINING ITSELF. HOPE FOR THE BEST
